Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting and administrative operations in the Jakarta office.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.
  • Liaise regularly with the Head of Operations in Indonesia and coordinate with HQ in Singapore.
  • Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and cash flow management.
  • Lead and mentor the office administrative and finance team to ensure high performance.
  • Implement and enhance internal controls and operational efficiencies.
  • Support audits, financial planning, and business process improvements as needed.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or office management, preferably in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
