Responsibility
- Assist in preparing daily financial reports, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Support invoicing and billing processes for guests and vendors
- Help maintain accurate records of income, expenses, and petty cash transactions
- Perform data entry into accounting software and ensure data integrity
- Assist with filing, organizing, and archiving important accounting documents
- Collaborate with the accounting team during audits and month-end closing
- Conduct simple financial analysis as guided by supervisors
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed
Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
- Integrity, reliability, and high motivation to develop professional skills
- Available for a full-time internship in Denpasar, Bali
