Private Advertiser is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounting professional to support our growing finance team in Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for core accounting functions across the monthly close cycle, financial reporting, and internal controls. You will partner with operations, procurement, and management to ensure accurate recording, timely reporting, and compliance with local accounting standards. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive problem-solvers with a solid understanding of accounts payable and receivable, general ledger management, and balance sheet reconciliations. Responsibility
- Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow where applicable.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, ensuring timely processing and accurate postings.
- Maintain the general ledger, ensure accurate month-end close, and support month-end reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank and cash accounts; monitor cash flow and outstanding payments.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance, including tax filings and reporting as required.
- Assist with audits (internal and external) and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, sales) to optimize financial processes and budgeting.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience; experience in Indonesian regulatory environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Proficiency with accounting software/ERP and advanced Excel skills.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance in Indonesia is a plus.
- Professional certifications (CPA/CA) are a plus.
