Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of financial records and reports
- Handle data entries for accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Process invoices, receipts, disbursements, and other accounting documents
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in monitoring cash flows
- Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents and records
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or issues
- Perform other office and administrative duties as assigned by the finance team
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or related field
- Fresh graduates and entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
