Responsibility
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with accuracy and timely payments.
- Prepare and post journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Support monthly close activities, compile trial balance, and assist with financial reporting packs.
- Maintain vendor and customer records, ensure data integrity and timely updates.
- Assist with tax compliance and regulatory reporting as required.
- Support internal control processes and participate in internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams such as procurement, payroll, and operations to ensure accurate financial data.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting experience; internships are acceptable for entry level.
- Solid understanding of general ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems (such as SAP, Odoo, QuickBooks, or local ERP).
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills; ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Ability to work in Jakarta and contribute to a collaborative finance team.
