Private Advertiser is seeking a dedicated Accounting Staff to join our finance team in Metro Manila. This full-time role offers a clear path for growth within a dynamic, results-driven environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to timely financial reporting that informs strategic decision-making. A CPA credential is a plus, but we welcome candidates with strong accounting fundamentals and a drive to learn.
Key responsibilities include assisting with monthly close, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate invoicing, payment processing, and cash flow tracking. This position provides exposure to core accounting processes and the chance to develop expertise in financial controls, reporting, and analysis.

Responsibility
- Maintain daily financial records by posting journal entries to the general ledger and ensuring accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, managing invoice approval, payments, and aging analysis.
- Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management dashboards in accordance with Philippine accounting standards.
- Support internal controls, audit trails, and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and regulatory reporting; assist with BIR filings and tax computations as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and system accuracy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA is a plus.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience; fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)/GAAP and strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills; ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with BIR tax regulations and compliance; ability to assist with tax computations.
