Responsibility
- Supervise and mentor the accounting team members to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently
- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline financial processes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA certification is a plus
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
