Responsibility

  • Process daily accounting transactions including data entry and invoice posting.
  • Prepare and verify financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding payments.
  • Support in documentation, filing, and archiving of accounting records.
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment and billing inquiries.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team as required.

Qualification

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
