Responsibility
- Process daily accounting transactions including data entry and invoice posting.
- Prepare and verify financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor outstanding payments.
- Support in documentation, filing, and archiving of accounting records.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding payment and billing inquiries.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the accounting team as required.
Qualification
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software is an added advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Demonstrated teamwork, communication skills, and integrity.
