Responsibility
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with accuracy and timeliness
- Post and reconcile general ledger entries and support month-end close
- Prepare reconciliations and ensure data integrity across financial systems
- Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain vendor and customer records; manage invoicing and payments
- Support audit readiness and internal controls documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and compliance with company policies
Qualification
- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Xero, SAP, or equivalent)
- Strong numerical ability and meticulous attention to detail
- Knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
