Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive / Account Assistant to join our team in Batu Kawa, Sarawak. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Account Payables (AP), Account Receivables (AR), and the General Ledger (GL) efficiently.
Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile Account Payables (AP) and Account Receivables (AR)
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and payments
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial data integrity
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
