Responsibility
- Handle full set of accounts including accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure audit compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain proper financial documentation and records.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and other business partners in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English as required.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is required; English communication skills are essential.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and local financial regulations.
- Experienced in using accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, MYOB, or similar).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
