Responsibility

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely, including vendor and customer communications.
  • Assist with month-end close, journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis.
  • Maintain vendor statements, perform reconciliations, and coordinate timely payments to suppliers.
  • Track fixed assets, depreciation, and assist with asset additions/disposals and related records.
  • Support payroll processes and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, and related submissions).
  • Prepare basic management reports and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Support internal controls, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and treasury.

Qualification

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or industrial sector experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong numerical ability, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
  • Good communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia and other languages are a bonus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work well within a team.
