KMC Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the full-cycle AP process, manage vendor payments, perform reconciliations, assist in month-end close activities, and lead the AP team. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and ERP skills to effectively streamline operations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process
- Process vendor payments accurately and on time
- Perform reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in month-end close activities
- Lead and mentor the accounts payable team
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable
- Strong Excel and ERP skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work a night shift
