Join Pro-Excel Property Managers, Inc., a leading property management company, as an Accounts Payables Assistant - Regional. This role supports multiple projects across the region from our Manila office. You’ll ensure timely payment of invoices to suppliers and service providers, manage the full accounts payable cycle, and uphold strong internal controls.
Key responsibilities include processing incoming invoices, coding and validating charges, maintaining vendor records, and coordinating with procurement and project teams to resolve discrepancies quickly. You will perform supplier statement reconciliations, prepare payment runs, and support month-end close and audits. A focus on accuracy, compliance with local regulations, and a proactive approach to process improvements will help drive efficient operations and strengthen supplier relationships.

Responsibility
- Process and verify invoices and ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers for assigned projects.
- Manage the accounts payable cycle, including data entry, validation, coding, and vendor setup.
- Reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end close.
- Prepare and execute payment runs (wire transfers and checks) while maintaining strict internal controls and compliance with company policy.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to optimize payment processes and reduce cycle times.
- Maintain accurate vendor records, tax-related documents, and contract files; support internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow implications and communicate with stakeholders to ensure timely settlements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 1-3 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong knowledge of AP processes, vendor management, and reconciliation.
- Experience with ERP systems and MS Excel; ability to adapt to new software quickly.
- Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills in English; ability to collaborate with internal teams and suppliers.
- Familiarity with Philippine tax compliance (BIR) and government payment requirements is a plus.
