Intikom Berlian Mustika is seeking a dedicated Admin (Daily Worker) to support daily administrative tasks in Mampang Prapatan, Jakarta. A proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and reliable communication are essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibility
- Enter and update data in company databases with accuracy and speed.
- File, archive, and manage physical and digital documents.
- Handle routine correspondence and support internal communication.
- Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and procurement support.
- Support daily office operations and maintain organized filing systems.
- Prepare basic reports and assist with record-keeping and expense tracking.
- Provide general administrative support to multiple teams as needed.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
