Join PT. Alupanel Mulia Indonesia as an Admin Finance on a fixed-term contract in Jakarta. This role supports the finance team in delivering accurate financial operations, ensuring timely invoicing, and maintaining clean accounts receivable processes. You will work closely with sales, procurement, and operations to ensure that financial data is complete, accurate, and ready for reporting.
In this position, you will contribute to the companys financial health by helping manage the order-to-cash cycle, prepare essential financial documentation, and support month-end close. Responsibility
- Manage accounts receivable, monitor customer invoices, and ensure timely collections.
- Process and verify invoices, credit memos, and other financial documents with accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and support the month-end close process.
- Maintain general ledger entries, perform account reconciliations, and assist with audits.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualification
- Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in admin finance, AR, or invoicing.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Odoo, Xero).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work under contract, manage deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
