We are currently seeking a dedicated Admin Supervisor to oversee our chat admin team at Mint Patisserie. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the admin chat team, handling customer complaints effectively, and ensuring timely responses to customer queries.
Responsibility
- Supervise the daily operations of the admin chat team
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly
- Ensure that admin chat responses are courteous and helpful
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Monitor chat logs for quality assurance
