Responsibility
- Operate and monitor modern printing machines to ensure optimal performance and print quality.
- Prepare and adjust printing materials, including loading paper and inks according to job specifications.
- Inspect printed products for quality and accuracy, resolving any issues promptly.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to ensure reliability.
- Follow all safety procedures and company regulations related to machine operation and handling materials.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily and weekly print targets.
- Record and report production data and machine status as required.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or process issues.
Qualification
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably with a background in engineering or printing technology.
- Prior experience as a printing operator or in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate and adjust printing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as needed.
- Basic understanding of health and safety protocols in an industrial setting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
