Responsibility
- Efficiently pack and prepare online orders for shipment, ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Label and sort items appropriately according to shipping requirements.
- Check and verify product quantities and conditions before dispatch.
- Maintain neatness and organization within the packing area.
- Complete administrative tasks related to order processing and shipment documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly order targets.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisor promptly.
Qualification
- Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and ability to handle online admin tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
- Able to work quickly, efficiently, and maintain focus over extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving packages as required.
- Honest, responsible, and highly motivated to achieve targets.
