We are seeking an AdTech Support Specialist to join our team at Concentrix in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will provide real-time support to advertisers through live chat, email, and ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce.
Responsibility
- Deliver real-time support to advertisers via live chat, email, and ticketing systems
- Monitor and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal customer satisfaction
- Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving for ad campaigns
- Provide training and guidance to clients on using various advertising platforms
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience in working with AdTech platforms and tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional service
