As a HubSpot & AI Support Engineer, you will optimize HubSpot workflows, build custom dashboards, and implement automation that drives efficiency and measurable outcomes. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assess data quality, and guide clients through best practices for onboarding, data migration, and integration with external tools. Your AI-focused approach will help teams automate repetitive tasks, improve response times, and deliver proactive insights that support client success. You will document solutions, create knowledge resources, and ensure adherence to security and privacy standards.

Responsibility
- Provide expert HubSpot CRM support, including troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of marketing, sales, and service hubs.
- Design and implement HubSpot workflows, dashboards, and reporting to improve data visibility and performance.
- Assist clients with onboarding, data migration, and integration with external systems via APIs.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on rapid resolution and meeting or exceeding SLAs.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to translate business needs into scalable automation and AI-powered processes.
- Advise on data quality, privacy, and security best practices; monitor data integrity and perform regular audits.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles, playbooks, and training materials; mentor junior team members as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HubSpot administration or CRM administration; HubSpot certification is a plus.
- Strong experience with AI-enabled automation and integration of AI tools with CRM platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in business terms.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; customer-focused with a history of delivering high-quality support.
- Familiarity with data privacy and security standards; able to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client requests, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
