As part of the Solution Assessment and Validation approach, you will source and evaluate alternatives, identify gaps, and collaborate with stakeholders to determine the best fit for business goals. You will work with product owners, IT teams, risk and compliance professionals, and external partners to design practical, value delivering solutions.

Responsibility
- Lead business analysis activities for banking projects, translating business needs into clear requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across product, IT, risk and compliance to define scope, success criteria, and delivery milestones.
- Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and data-driven decision support to identify opportunities for efficiency, resilience, and risk reduction.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and assist with QA/UAT to ensure quality and acceptance criteria are met.
- Support project governance, risk assessment, and change management, communicating progress and trade-offs to leadership.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements elicitation sessions, and stakeholder alignment to drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, optimize business processes, and contribute to regulatory and compliance initiatives as applicable.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of experience as a business analyst in financial services or banking environments.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, data mapping, and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
- Familiarity with banking operations, risk management, regulatory requirements, data governance, and controls.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
