Responsibility
- Develop and implement AI-powered automation solutions across client web applications to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation workflows.
- Build, test, and deploy automation scripts using Python, JavaScript, and modern automation tools; integrate AI services and APIs where appropriate.
- Design AI-driven features such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent routing to enhance user experiences.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize models and data pipelines for reliability and speed.
- Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of automation systems; follow coding standards and documentation practices.
- Provide technical documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to teammates and stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in AI, automation, software development, or web development.
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; familiarity with AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI services (OpenAI API, Azure AI).
- Experience with automation/testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or RPA platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams and US-based clients.
