Responsibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI features for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
- Implement model deployment and integration APIs, ensuring reliable performance in production.
- Monitor model performance, drift, and alerting; iterate on improvements based on feedback and metrics.
- Contribute to code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain quality and collaboration.
- Work with data engineers and product teams to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Adhere to data governance, privacy, and security best practices in all AI projects.
- Stay current with AI trends and evaluate new tools and frameworks to improve the tech stack.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in Python and solid understanding of ML fundamentals such as data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch; familiarity with scikit-learn is a plus.
- Experience with SQL and working with data pipelines; ability to query and join data across sources.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to work in agile teams.
- Exposure to deploying ML models and building APIs for AI services is a plus.
- Portfolio of projects or internship experience in AI/ML is welcome.
