Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions to address business challenges.
- Collaborate with international teams, including Australian clients, to deliver robust, scalable AI systems.
- Analyze requirements and propose innovative approaches for automating workflows and optimizing processes.
- Develop and integrate machine learning models and natural language processing solutions into existing systems.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve deployed AI and automation systems for optimal performance.
- Document solution architectures, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend tools for project enhancement.
- Provide support and troubleshooting guidance for AI and automation platforms.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI engineering, automation, or similar technical roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent languages.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
- Experience with process automation (e.g., RPA tools, Chatbots, APIs).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, able to work with international and remote teams.
- Proactive, self-driven, and committed to continuous learning.
