We are looking for a skilled Reconciliation Analyst to join our team at ManpowerGroup. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting GL, bank, and balance sheet accuracy in finance operations.
Responsibility
- Performing regular reconciliation tasks for general ledger accounts
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies in financial data
- Collaborating with other teams to streamline reconciliation processes
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in reconciliation and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software
