Responsibility
- Design, implement, and validate advanced statistical models for business problems (A/B testing, forecasting, customer segmentation).
- Lead experimental design and hypothesis testing to quantify incremental impact and risk.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure model scalability and reproducibility.
- Communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clear, actionable insights.
- Mentor junior analysts and cultivate a culture of rigorous statistical thinking and governance.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations to monitor model performance and business outcomes.
Qualification
- Master's degree or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a closely related field; or equivalent practical experience (5+ years).
- Proficiency in statistical programming languages (R, Python); experience with SAS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference methods.
- Experience with time-series analysis, Bayesian methods, and multivariate modeling.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
