We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to design and deploy scalable ML models that drive measurable business impact. You will collaborate with product, data engineering, and ML engineers in a fast-paced, data-first environment.

Responsibility
- Design, prototype, and productionize machine learning models to solve high-impact business problems.
- Lead end-to-end ML projects, including data collection, feature engineering, model selection, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines and reproducible experiments.
- Monitor model performance, detect drift, and implement retraining strategies in production.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists; communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Define and promote ML best practices, governance, and security in alignment with compliance standards.
Qualification
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production.
- Proficiency in Python; strong experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and scikit-learn.
- Experience with ML lifecycle tools (feature stores, experiments, model tracking) and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong SQL and data manipulation skills; familiarity with Spark or similar processing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities; ability to translate technical concepts to business leaders.
- Experience with NLP or computer vision is a plus.
- Solid statistical foundation and a data-driven mindset.
