Responsibility
- Design, implement, and productionize machine learning models and data pipelines.
- Collaborate with data engineers to acquire, clean, and validate data; perform robust feature engineering.
- Lead model evaluation, experiment design, A/B testing, monitoring, and ongoing model maintenance.
- Translate business goals into data-centric solutions and present insights to product and leadership teams.
- Mentor junior data scientists; contribute to data governance, code quality, and best practices.
- Build scalable, cloud-based ML solutions on AWS or GCP and drive MLOps rigor.
Qualification
- MS or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on data science experience including production ML/DL systems.
- Strong Python skills with libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with SQL, data modeling, warehousing, and data wrangling.
- Proficiency deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS or GCP); familiarity with ML lifecycle and CI/CD for ML.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical findings into business impact.
- Proven track record delivering data-driven business outcomes; publications or patents are a plus.
