Job description
We are currently seeking a dynamic AR Collection Staff to join our team at Agro Boga Utama in Depok, Jawa Barat. As an AR Collection Staff, your primary focus will be on collecting outstanding payments from our HORECA and GT/MT customers.
Responsibility
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure timely collections
- Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Prepare and send collection letters and statements to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes
Qualification
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable or collections
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
