As an AR Credit Specialist, you will collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance to ensure accurate invoicing, timely collections, and resolution of billing discrepancies. Responsibility
- Process and monitor accounts receivable cycles, including accurate invoicing and posting payments.
- Respond to customer billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Collaborate with sales and collections to manage credit limits, payment terms, and risk assessment.
- Reconcile AR aging and assist with month-end close and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Assist with cash application, credit memos, and refunds as needed.
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and reduce days sales outstanding.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification is a plus.
- 2+ years of AR, accounts receivable, billing, or credit control experience in a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of billing procedures, credit management, and collections best practices; familiarity with Philippine regulations is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work onsite in Eastwood, Metro Manila and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
