FF D CONSTRUCTION SERVICES is actively seeking a dedicated Architect to join our on-site team in Pangasinan. This full-time role is ideal for professionals who combine strong design talents with practical construction knowledge. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and site personnel to deliver designs that are aesthetically compelling and technically sound.
As an Architect with FF D Construction Services, you will lead the development of architectural concepts, refine drawings, and produce high-quality 3D renderings that bring ideas to life for clients and stakeholders. You will translate client requirements into clear, buildable plans while ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards. This role emphasizes hands-on involvement on-site, where design intent meets reality, and where timely communication with contractors and consultants drives project success.

Responsibility
- Develop architectural concepts and detailed designs for residential and light commercial projects, translating client requirements into functional plans.
- Create accurate 3D renderings and visualizations to communicate designs to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and revise construction drawings, specifications, and documentation in compliance with local codes and standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and interior designers to ensure constructability and timely project delivery.
- Support on-site activities, including site visits, reviewing shop drawings, responding to field issues, and ensuring design intent is maintained during construction.
- Coordinate with suppliers and consultants, manage change orders, and assist in project scheduling and budget tracking.
- Assist in permitting processes and liaise with local authorities as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; licensure is a plus or in progress.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software; strong 3D visualization skills.
- Solid understanding of building codes, zoning requirements, and construction documentation.
- Portfolio demonstrating design sense, technical competence, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working onsite with clients and contractors.
- Detail-oriented with strong time-management and organizational abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic construction environment.
