Responsibility

  • Build and present design concepts and product options to clients, aligning with goals and budget.
  • Conduct client consultations to identify opportunities and close interior design project sales.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from concept to installation, coordinating with suppliers, contractors, and logistics.
  • Prepare accurate proposals, cost estimates, specifications, and procurement orders; maintain budgets and timelines.
  • Develop lasting relationships with clients in the North Region to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay current with design trends, materials, and brands; communicate updates to clients and team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and warranty considerations; supervise on-site activities when required.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in interior design sales or showroom sales with a portfolio of success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for client-facing interactions.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
