Responsibility
- Turn design concepts into precise drawings, BIM models, and construction details.
- Prepare construction documents, schedules, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate disciplines.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards in Sabah.
- Manage drawing sets, revisions, and version control with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support project delivery from concept through tender and construction.
- Participate in design reviews and quality checks to uphold studio quality and consistency.
Qualification
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software; familiarity with SketchUp or 3D visualization is a plus.
- Strong technical drawing, detailing, and construction documentation skills.
- Knowledge of Malaysia building codes and Sabah regulations is advantageous.
- Good communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
- Portfolio demonstrating design output and technical competencies.
