As an Interior CAD Designer, you will transform concepts into precise drawings and detailed documentation that guide successful interiors projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to ensure every project meets design intent, code requirements, and client specifications. Responsibility
- Translate client concepts into precise 2D and 3D CAD drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Develop interior layouts, space planning solutions, and material finish schedules that align with design intent.
- Produce construction documents, shop drawings, and as-built drawings with accuracy and attention to codes and standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, vendors, and clients to ensure design intent is realized on site.
- Create high-quality 3D renderings and presentation materials for client reviews and approvals.
- Review drawings for quality control, coordinate with contractors, and manage revisions to meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized project documentation and BIM models for easy retrieval and updates.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling software.
- Experience producing construction documents and detailing for commercial interiors.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio demonstrating interior CAD work and design thinking.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
