We are seeking an experienced Architect to join our team at Private Advertiser, located in Pampanga, Central Luzon. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing material and method statements, coordinating with consultants, and utilizing your expertise in AutoCAD and Excel.
Responsibility
- Create architectural designs and plans
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to determine design requirements
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction projects to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications
- Manage project timelines and budgets
Qualification
- Licensed Architect with minimum 8 years of experience
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
