Job description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator / Site Supervisor to join Private Advertiser in Singapore's East Region. In this role, you will oversee architectural-related works across design development, technical documentation, and on-site execution. You will ensure the design intent is faithfully translated into construction drawings and built environments that meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors; reviewing construction documents, shop drawings, and submittals; supervising on-site activities to guarantee workmanship and schedule adherence; administering technical and site works, including progress monitoring, QA/QC, and change management; ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and client requirements; supporting project managers with cost control and risk management; and fostering a collaborative environment across design and construction teams.

Responsibility

  • Coordinate and supervise architectural works from design development to on-site execution, ensuring alignment with project goals and design intent.
  • Review and approve technical drawings, shop drawings, and submittals in collaboration with the design team and consultants.
  • Manage construction documentation, RFI responses, and change orders to protect scope and quality.
  • Monitor on-site progress, QA/QC, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve design and construction issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements across all stages.
  • Assist with commissioning, close-out activities, and documentation delivery for project handover.
  • Support project controls, including cost tracking and risk management, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in architectural coordination and site supervision, preferably in similar markets.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM software, and construction documentation workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, standards, and best practices for construction.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
