Responsibility
- Conduct asset valuations using methods such as discounted cash flow, market approach and cost approach.
- Develop robust valuation models in Excel and support automation with VBA.
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports aligned with IFRS GAAP standards and professional guidelines.
- Gather and analyze data from financial statements, market data, and asset records.
- Perform impairment testing, sensitivity analysis and scenario planning to assess value drivers and risk.
- Collaborate with clients, auditors and internal teams to validate assumptions and deliver timely insights.
- Present findings to senior management and client stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable recommendations.
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and thought leadership materials.
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or related field; advanced degree or CFA/valuation designation preferred.
- 3-6 years of experience in asset valuation, corporate finance or investment banking.
- Strong financial modeling skills with expertise in Excel; VBA experience is a plus.
- Solid understanding of IFRS GAAP valuation standards and impairment testing.
- Excellent analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with client facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver high quality results under tight deadlines.
