Join a leading finance firm in London as an Asset Valuation Analyst. You will be responsible for delivering objective valuations of real assets, businesses, and intangible assets, using robust financial models and transparent methodologies.
Key focus areas include market analysis, discounted cash flow modeling, scenario testing, and reporting that supports investment decisions, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibility
- Perform detailed valuations of real estate, businesses, and intangible assets using standard methodologies (DCF, market approach, cost approach).
- Build and maintain complex financial models in Excel and related tools to support valuation conclusions.
- Coordinate with finance, risk, and business units to gather data and validate inputs.
- Prepare valuation reports with clear, defendable assumptions and sensitivity analyses.
- Support regulatory reporting and governance processes by ensuring compliance with IFRS and IVS standards.
- Present findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; professional designation (CFA, AVA, ACVA) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in asset valuation across real estate, business, or intangible assets.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
- Solid understanding of valuation standards (IFRS, IVS) and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Detail-oriented with strong ethics, judgment, and risk awareness.
