We are seeking an experienced Asset Valuation Analyst who can design and implement valuation frameworks, manage data quality, and communicate complex results clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibility
- Perform comprehensive asset valuations across real estate, intangibles, and financial instruments using appropriate methodologies (DCF, market approach, income-based approaches).
- Develop and validate robust valuation models, ensuring adherence to IFRS 13, ASC 820, and GAAP requirements.
- Prepare valuation reports for internal teams, auditors, and clients, with clear conclusions and supporting data.
- Collaborate with investment, risk, and finance teams to model scenarios, sensitivities, and impairment tests.
- Ensure data quality and governance of valuation inputs, collaborating with data engineers and VPs.
- Monitor market developments and regulatory changes impacting asset valuations and fair value measurements.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders with concise, action-oriented recommendations.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to process improvements and valuation library maintenance.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of asset valuation experience in financial services, real estate, or corporate finance.
- Strong financial modeling skills in Excel (and VBA) and proficiency in Python or R is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of valuation standards (IFRS 13, ASC 820, GAAP) and impairment testing.
- Experience with data management, data visualization, and valuation reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain complex methodologies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, ASA, or FRM are preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple engagements.
