- Develop and maintain robust valuation models in Excel and programming tools as needed, ensuring assumptions are well-documented and auditable.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather data, define scope, and deliver timely, decision-ready valuation reports.
- Perform sensitivity analyses, scenario planning, and risk assessment to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare valuation reports, management presentations, and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership and boards.
- Coordinate with accounting and audit teams to ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide thoughtful insights on impairment testing, capital allocation, and M&A valuations as needed.
- Manage project timelines, quality control, and client-facing communication to maintain high satisfaction.
Qualification

- 3+ years of experience in asset valuation, investment banking, corporate finance, or appraisal.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with valuation software and market data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Capital IQ) a plus.
- Solid understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, multiples, precedent transactions) and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills; ability to present complex analyses clearly to non-specialists.
- Experience with data visualization tools and basic programming (Python or R) is advantageous.
- Strong project management, organizational, and client-facing abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality, compliant deliverables.
