Responsibility

  • Build and maintain robust financial models, perform sensitivity analysis, and stress tests to support valuation conclusions.
  • Forecast asset cash flows, discount rates, and risk adjustments in alignment with IFRS and local regulatory standards.
  • Prepare valuation reports, summaries, and presentation decks for clients, audit teams, and regulatory filings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, advisory) to gather data and validate inputs.
  • Perform market and asset-specific research to validate assumptions and market trends.
  • Support engagement proposals, timelines, and quality control processes to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining data rooms, documentation, and confidentiality requirements.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA/ASA or progress toward designation is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex analyses into clear client-ready reports.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, in teams, and in a client-facing environment; high ethical standards and confidentiality.
