We offer competitive compensation, performance-driven bonuses, and a culture that values integrity, curiosity, and continuous learning.

Responsibility

  • Develop robust financial models in Excel and scripting tools; maintain model documentation and version control.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports with clear methodologies, assumptions, limitations, and sensitivities for clients and auditors.
  • Coordinate data collection with clients, appraisers, data vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate inputs.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and professional standards; exercise professional skepticism and quality control.
  • Present findings to clients and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Mentor junior analysts, review work products, and contribute to internal knowledge base and process improvements.

  • 5+ years of asset valuation experience across real estate, businesses, or intangibles.
  • Advanced financial modeling proficiency (DCF, comps, LBO) and strong Excel skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of IFRS and GAAP as applied to valuation; ability to document and defend methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; client-facing experience preferred.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently.
  • Proficiency with valuation software (e.g., Argus, ValueX) and data sources; willingness to learn new tools.
