We seek a detail-driven Asset Valuation Specialist to lead complex valuation engagements for tangible and intangible assets. You will build rigorous valuation models, synthesize market data, and deliver client-ready reports that withstand scrutiny.

Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end asset valuation engagements for tangible and intangible assets, including real estate, equipment, IP, and financial instruments.
- Develop, maintain, and audit robust valuation models (DCF, multipliers, option pricing) to support engagement conclusions.
- Perform market, income, and cost analyses; benchmark against comparable assets and external data sources.
- Prepare comprehensive valuation reports in compliance with IFRS 13, ASC 820, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Coordinate data collection, data room management, and quality assurance of inputs and methodologies.
- Communicate valuation concepts clearly to clients, auditors, and stakeholders with compelling, client-ready presentations.
- Stay current with industry standards, regulatory changes, and market trends to continuously enhance methodologies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA/ASA/CAIA preferred.
- 3-7 years of hands-on valuation experience across assets (tangible, intangible, financial instruments).
- Advanced financial modeling skills (DCF, sensitivity analyses, scenario planning) in Excel; experience with Python/R a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS 13 and GAAP valuation principles; familiarity with ASC 820 is a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate complex analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders; strong report writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent data management, attention to detail, and project management abilities.
