Responsibility
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for NUHS departments, including annual plans and quarterly updates.
- Perform variance analysis to explain deviations, provide actionable recommendations, and influence decisions at all levels.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support cost control, capital expenditure evaluations, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimize resource allocation and improve financial performance.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive-grade presentations for leadership and board committees.
- Ensure strong internal controls, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with audit preparations and regulatory compliance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or management accounting; healthcare experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to interpret financial data, prepare clear reports, and communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
