Responsibility
- Lead day-to-day livestream operations, including scheduling, host/guest briefing, and cross-functional coordination with production, marketing, and content teams.
- Monitor live streams in real time, manage incident response, and troubleshoot audio/video, chat moderation, and platform issues to ensure uninterrupted broadcasts.
- Plan and execute livestream campaigns and series, aligning with brand strategy, content calendars, and goals for audience growth and engagement.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure event readiness, approvals, and compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze performance metrics (viewers, engagement, retention) and prepare actionable reports to optimize future streams.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), train junior staff, and continuously improve operational workflows.
- Collaborate with data teams to track ROI, run experiments, and drive process improvements across the livestream program.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years in livestream operations, broadcast production, or digital events.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malay; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to manage multiple streams and complex schedules in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with livestream platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Facebook Live, Twitch, or enterprise streaming tools) and basic video production concepts.
- Analytical mindset with experience in measuring engagement metrics and deriving insights to improve performance.
- Proactive problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management.
