Step into a pivotal leadership role within Private Advertiser's fast-growing AnyLive division as the Assistant Manager, Live-Commerce KAM. This strategic position serves as the bridge between our enterprise clients and our live-commerce growth engine, driving revenue and measurable success through innovative campaigns and proactive account stewardship. You will shape end-to-end live-commerce programs, align client objectives with internal capabilities, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance audience engagement, conversion, and retention across platforms.
As a key member of the AnyLive team, you will partner with marketing, product, and operations to design data-driven account plans, negotiate partnerships, and oversee delivery from briefing to post-campaign analysis. Responsibility
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise live-commerce accounts within the AnyLive division.
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to client goals and company revenue targets.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams (marketing, product, operations) to execute end-to-end live-commerce campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewals; identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Analyze performance metrics, generate insights, and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Mentor and manage junior team members; foster a high-performance culture and collaborative environment.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to innovate offerings and expand the AnyLive solution set.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of enterprise account management, key account management, or revenue leadership experience; experience in live-commerce or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing large, strategic accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities; ability to lead cross-functional teams and coach colleagues.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in English; Malay language skills are a plus.
