Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations administration for the I&I Analytics team, including documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage data collection, validation, quality checks, and governance for performance metrics used by clinical and operational leaders.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau; translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and IT teams to translate analytics into actionable improvements for patient flow, resource utilization, and clinical operations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and risk; ensure timely delivery of analytics initiatives aligned with hospital priorities.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA, data privacy, and security policies; implement SOPs and internal controls to safeguard data assets.
- Provide supervision or mentorship to junior analysts or administrative staff; foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Support data governance, metadata management, and data lineage initiatives to enhance trust and usability of analytics outputs.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, data management, or operations within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and SQL; ability to build dashboards and perform data analysis.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of PDPA, data privacy, and data governance; familiarity with healthcare data security requirements.
- Experience with hospital information systems (HIS) or electronic medical records (EMR) and a track record of delivering data-driven improvements in a clinical environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
