Join Singapore General Hospital (SGH) as a key member of the Logistics & Facilities team within the Radiology division. This role oversees facilities, infrastructure, space planning, non-imaging equipment, consumables, and store operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant clinical environment. You will partner with radiology clinicians, procurement, and support services to optimize asset utilization, streamline procurement workflows, and drive service excellence across all radiology operations. Responsibility
- Oversee facilities and infrastructure management for the Radiology division, ensuring uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead inventory and stores operations for non-imaging equipment, consumables, and related supplies, optimizing stock levels and accessibility.
- Coordinate space planning, asset lifecycle management, and optimization of clinical and support spaces.
- Collaborate with Clinical Leads, Radiology teams, and Procurement to streamline procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for facility performance, inventory accuracy, and cost control; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance, safety inspections, and compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and participate in long-term capacity planning.
Qualification
- Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in healthcare logistics, facilities management, or Radiology support operations.
- Experience with medical equipment and non-imaging assets; familiarity with imaging department workflows is a plus.
- Strong vendor management, procurement, and contract negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software/ERP systems; excellent data analysis and reporting abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards relevant to healthcare facilities (e.g., JCIA/ISO).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment with a patient-centric mindset.
