In this role, you will work closely with the Villa Manager to supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring flawless check-in/check-out, premium housekeeping standards, timely maintenance, and proactive guest services. You will lead a small team, coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and front desk colleagues, and manage relationships with trusted local suppliers to support smooth operations and impeccable property condition.
Your focus will be on delivering personalised, memorable experiences for all guests while maintaining brand standards and safety policies. You will optimize processes, monitor inventory and procurement, and contribute to budgeting and cost controls without compromising guest satisfaction. You will also serve as a trusted liaison with villa owners, communicating feedback and reporting on performance, revenue opportunities, and service improvements.
We are seeking a professional with outstanding communication, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities, who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment. Fluency in English is essential; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is preferred. Previous villa or boutique hotel experience in Bali is highly desirable, with knowledge of local vendors and regulatory requirements considered a plus. Responsibility
- Oversee daily villa operations in a luxury property, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Lead and develop a small team across housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to deliver consistent, high-level service.
- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, concierge requests, special occasions, and VIP arrangements with attention to detail and privacy.
- Maintain rigorous standards for cleanliness, safety, brand compliance, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Manage inventory, procurement, vendor relationships, and cost controls to optimize spend without compromising quality.
- Monitor financials, prepare reports, and contribute to budgeting and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between owners, guests, and staff, addressing feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in villa or boutique hotel management, preferably in Bali.
- Proven leadership and team-building skills with a hands-on management style.
- Excellent guest service mindset with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is preferred; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of Bali local suppliers, services, and licensing/safety requirements is advantageous.
